Chamber Music Session
July 4 — August 15

For six weeks each summer, Norfolk opens its doors to advanced individual instrumentalists as well as preformed trios, quartets and quintets from around the world. Forty participants are offered a wide array of intensive coaching and performance opportunities.

Fellows who arrive as individual instrumentalists form string quartets, woodwind quintets, brass and mixed-instrument ensembles.

All Fellows perform during the Festival as part of the popular Norfolk Fellows’ Performance Series. What’s more, Fellows have the extraordinary opportunity to perform alongside the Artist-Faculty in the Norfolk Festival’s Friday and Saturday Series.
